Getting to Japan
Getting to Japan on a flight will take around 12 hours.
Your pets will be subjected to import quarantine on arrival. It is necessary for you to submit an advance notification of the date you will be arriving, along with the number of pets you will be bringing. You will need to do this at least 40 days before you travel to Japan. Animals travelling from the UK will usually have completed the quarantine period within 12 hours.
