Guernsey Language

British English is the official language in Guernsey, spoken by almost the totality of the population.

Given that the language barrier is not a problem, make sure you find the right people to make business with. Depending on the nature of your business, investment and country of operation, foreign nationals generally prefer dealing with someone who they can form a good business relationship with. Communication and interpersonal skills are therefore paramount, as well as the ability to be enthused about a product, service or business plan.
