Guernsey Emigration
There are no travel limitations if you hold a passport issued in the UK.
The committee which controls immigration into Guernsey is the Housing Authority. They issue licenses, which allow the occupation of 'local market' properties by persons who are not qualified residents.
In deciding whether a housing application is worthy of a license, the authorities will take into account your economic value. Other criteria are based on the expertise, local availability, skills you will bring, juxtaposed with the social cost of increasing the pressure on housing stocks. New businesses locating in Guernsey will be advised how many, if any, licenses will be made available to them before establish their company. Currently, the issue of licenses is very sparse and new companies must be ready to buy on the open market in order to house staff.
