Congestion is terrible, drivers are undisciplined and the roads are in bad condition. Traffic lights and regulations are generally dismissed, and accidents are frequent. Drivers enjoy the sound of their horns too. There aren't many road signs out there, but the ones you find will be in Arabic and English.
