We principally represent clients before the European Patent Office (EPO) in relation to patent matters , and before the Office of Harmonization for the Internal Market (OHIM) in relation to trade mark matters. If you have a question specifically related to trading in or with the UK market, we are, of course, also happy to deal with the United Kingdom Intellectual Property Office (UKIPO).

Although we specialise and are qualified to advise in these areas, we are in a position to recommend local experts having handled intellectual property matters in almost every country of the globe. Local legislative provisions will insist you have local professional representation due to the variations in national law, but wherever possible, we'll ensure you are in trusted hands.

We always do our best to provide honest, frank advice, that is always in the interest of our clients, rather than geared to generate the greatest profit. We do not charge for initial consultations, we simply ask that you make a donation to a charity of your choice. We do not charge for telephone advice, nor do we start and stop the clock when engaging in any conversation, and we will never surprise our clients with an unexpected bill. In essence, our company is founded on the principal of treating others as we like to be treated ourselves - fairly.
