Employing Foreign Nationals
The fundamental thing to comprehend when it comes to employing indigenous workers is the law in Hungary. Depending on your location, the employment of staff can be affected by many extraneous factors, such as longevity of service, social charges, collective agreements, qualification and experience, etc.
In some countries, employing a certain amount of indigenous workers is mandatory. As Hungary is a member of the EU it allows EU residents from other countries to work and live there. A Citizen from a third country will have to apply for relevant work permits and visas in Hungary.
