Car Rental in Guernsey
You will need a UK driving licence, passport or accepted form of ID and a credit card. You can rent a car for around ?20-30 a day. These are just guidelines, so do check with the car hire company to clarify the cost and documentation needed.
Speed limits are in miles per hour, and are as follows:
- Open Roads: maximum speed limit on the Island is 35mph/56kph
- In around towns: 25mph/40kph
They drive on the left-hand side of the road.
Parking in Guernsey is free.
