The client is a leading global provider of office furniture and services. They are planning to expand their business in India for their hospital furniture products.

The client wished to conduct a pre launch study to understand market potential for their hospital furniture products in India.

The market survey collected the customers’ feedback on their current buying habits – purchase frequency, brands purchased, spending pattern, etc & also to understand their intent to purchase an international brand. Hospital purchase managers and architects were interviewed to collect the above feedback.

The study helped the client to understand the target customers’ profile, strategy to launch their products in terms of communication, brand building and pricing. Current competition mapping and intent to use international brand from target customers has helped the client to plan their marketing strategy.
