One of our clients, John, called the office on Wednesday 27th February at 3.10pm saying that he urgently needed a Tax Residency Certificate and that he needed it on that day as he was flying out of the UAE on the same date.

We immediately put in place a plan of action to assist and advised John of all of the necessary requirements to obtain the Certificate.

John needed to provide his Tenancy Agreement, 6 months attested recent personal bank statements and a 6-month recent immigration report noting Entry and Exit to the UAE.

We advised John that Jina, Senior Client Relationship Executive and our Driver would collect him from his hotel at 4.00pm and go directly to the Airport Immigration and that he must have his passport with him.

At around 4.45pm we arrived at the Airport Immigration waiting area, collected a number and waited for approx. 30 minutes for our number to be called. Within 10 minutes of John presenting himself and his passport the report was ready.

Our next port of call was the Bank to collect the personal bank statements. We were lucky enough to locate a branch of John’s bank next to his hotel. We arrived at the Bank at 5.50pm took a number and within 10 minutes we managed to obtain all f the necessary attested statements from the bank.

John emailed the Tenancy Agreement to us later that evening and we applied same evening for the Tax Residency Certificate. The procedure takes 3 – 5 working days to complete and be issued.

John left the UAE same evening very happy and satisfied with our speedy reaction to his request and successful outcome at very short notice and felt our Fast Track Service lives up to its name and more.
