One of the biggest frustrations I have with fellow sales people is when they downplay the value they bring to clients and prospects.

Thanking people for their time, saying no problem when they postpone meetings or apologising for disturbing them, downplays the value you bring. You should have confidence and add value through challenging questions and market insights
