Remembering your manners and etiquette in business are key. When doing business in Denmark, always book and keep appointments. Confirm the booking in writing. Initial correspondence should be made to the company, rather than any individual. Always arrive on time, if you are going to be late contact them immediately. When meeting and greeting always shake hands, woman first, maintain eye contact throughout and shake hands when leaving too. There should be a minimum of small talk and always use their professional title and surname. Wait to be invited to use their first names. Always exchange business cards. Most importantly always be polite and well mannered.
