Spence Clarke & Co., Chartered Accountants, was established in 1985 in Marbella,Spain. The firm is one of the very few tax and accountancy practices in southern Spain that is authorised to practice by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. The senior partner, Alistair Spence Clarke FCA, is also a member of the equivalent Spanish tax and accountancy institutions.
