InterGest

Who is InterGest?

Since 1972, InterGest has specialised in the foundation and administration of foreign subsidiaries for internationally operating companies. Initially, the strategic objectives of the parent company are determined through comprehensive consulting in the planning and foundation phase in order to create an optimum structure for the foreign subsidiary; the subsidiary itself is then founded and at the same time relieved of all administrative activities in the operative phase. The foreign company is then able to focus fully on its core competencies and its main tasks. Prof. Dr. Heinz Anterist, the founder of InterGest, has succinctly described the range of services provided as: „Everything except for marketing, sales and technology“.

InterGest provides a flexible and cost-effective solution for the optimization of your foreign activities at more than 50 locations worldwide, and this through fixed and local contacts, usually German-speaking, who commit themselves personally to your success.
