YOUR STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE TO REMOTE COMPANY SETUP

Back to News

Remote free zone company setup is becoming a lot more common as travel restrictions continue across the world.

At Charterhouse, we ensure you get the red carpet treatment the whole way – even when working with us remotely.

Here are the steps.

  • We agree on the ownership structure of your company
  • We identify your company activity and check availability of your proposed business name
  • You provide additional information (scan of passport, home address, etc) so we can complete application forms
  • We prep and scan your application forms
  • You print, sign and return forms by email
  • We issue your invoice
  • You pay invoice and the application forms are submitted to the free zone the same day
  • After 5 – 7 working days, your trade license is issued by the free zone
  • We process the application for your establishment card to facilitate your visa, taking 3 – 5 days.
  • We apply for your entry permit
  • With all that complete, we then agree on a future date for you to come to Dubai
  • On arrival, we take you for your medical and Emirates ID processing
  • 5 working days later you have a 3-year visa stamped in your passport
  • You are then free to remain or leave the UAE
  • To maintain your residency visa all you need to do is visit the UAE for one day every 180 days

So it couldn’t be easier, as long as you’re being guided by an expert. Are you ready to start your company from the comfort of your own home?
