Here are the steps.

We agree on the ownership structure of your company
We identify your company activity and check availability of your proposed business name
You provide additional information (scan of passport, home address, etc) so we can complete application forms
We prep and scan your application forms
You print, sign and return forms by email
We issue your invoice
You pay invoice and the application forms are submitted to the free zone the same day
After 5 – 7 working days, your trade license is issued by the free zone
We process the application for your establishment card to facilitate your visa, taking 3 – 5 days.
We apply for your entry permit
With all that complete, we then agree on a future date for you to come to Dubai
On arrival, we take you for your medical and Emirates ID processing
5 working days later you have a 3-year visa stamped in your passport
You are then free to remain or leave the UAE
To maintain your residency visa all you need to do is visit the UAE for one day every 180 days
