The Committee of Supervision and Control for the Cyprus Investment Programme has published its registry, listing all the licensed service providers for the Cyprus Citizenship by Investment Program.

There are currently 255 approved and licensed service providers who are authorized to act on behalf of the applicants for the Cyprus Investment Programme.

As of 31st of July 2018 applications for the Cyprus Investment or also often called Cyprus Citizenship by Investment Programme can be submitted on behalf of the applicants only by individuals or companies registered with the Registry of Service Providers.

Applications filed on behalf of investors by unregistered companies or individuals will not be accepted.

The Registry will be regularly updated by the Committee of Supervision and Control.

The Committee of Supervision and Control consists of representatives from the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Interior and Invest Cyprus. It was established with the aim to observe the implementation of the Code of Conduct by the service providers and to further develop the Cyprus Investment Programme. The main purpose of the Code of Conduct is to set the parameters of services which will protect both the service providers as well as the investors.
