New Audit Director for Fitzgerald & Law
Fitzgerald & Law (F&L) has appointed Geoff Graham as its new audit Director to strengthen the existing service offering.
Geoff joins F&L from Reeves, where he provided accounting and audit services to UK SMEs. As an ICAEW Chartered Accountant, he brings his experience in forensic accounting, auditing, due diligence, UK GAAP, IFRS and helping companies prepare for growth.
Alongside his role as Audit Director, Geoff will represent F&L’s French speaking accounting, tax and financial outsourcing teams - supporting companies with headquarters in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Monaco and Canada and subsidiaries in London (and throughout the UK).
Gabriel Parrish, Senior Partner, commented: “Having previously worked with Ecovis and Reeves, Geoff’s audit experience is a welcome addition to the F&L group. We’ve seen a significant increase in both the number of companies requiring or requesting audits and the number of French companies expanding into the UK, so the timing is ideal. Geoff brings with him extensive knowledge of audit compliance and a strong awareness of the differences between UK and French practices, which we’re sure will help all of our clients succeed and grow.”
F&L advise internationally headquartered companies (providing UK set up advice and continuing to support them as their EMEA operations grow). Services include tax, accounting, audit, financial advice, employee benefits, payroll, legal, HR, IT and communications services.
