An Instant Managed Office enables companies to cost-effectively outsource the task of seeking, fitting-out and managing bespoke flexible office space.

Already growing in recognition within the UK, Instant’s Managed Office concept has recently also expanded into continental Europe, clearly demonstrating it is changing the way businesses think about how they occupy their office space. The company is providing Serco, the international service business, with a flexible turnkey solution specially tailored to its requirements on offices in Teltow, Germany.

Managed Offices can suit many different occupiers with a wide variety of requirements. For example, publishing group Macmillan is using a Managed Office to temporarily house staff in space close to its main Kings Cross office, while part of it is renovated. Rapidly expanding American “big” data company Causata has just used a Managed Office to expand into the UK, achieving efficiencies because it doesn’t have to deal with landlords, solicitors and fit-out contractors in a foreign property market.
