Half Price Powers of Attorney

Back to News

This month we are offering a half price discount on drafting general or limited powers of attorney

This month we are offering to draft AND notarise powers of attorney for you for half price!

A power of attorney can be used for many things, for example you can use it to delegate to someone the authority to:

  • manage your business interests;
  • deal with your bank account;
  • deal with your utility supplier;
  • deal with your property interests; or
  • do something else on your behalf.

Normally people grant powers of attorney to family members, lawyers or those they trust with the subject matter of the power. When you have finished with the power of attorney it can be revoked simply by tearing it up. We can advise you on whether a power of attorney would be suitable for you.

Notary Express has an office outside Camden Town tube station and another office near Norwich railway station. We are available for same-day appointments and outside working hours.
