The Golden Visa program is simple and appealing. The only requirements are:
- Investment of at least € 250,000 for buying a property in Greece
- Medical and Hospital insurance
- Four printed digital passport photos
That’s it! You and your family (spouse, unmarried children up to the age of 21, first degree ascendants of the spouses) can have a residence permit that will come at your home worldwide.
The residence permit is valid for five years and it is renewable indefinitely as soon as you keep having the ownership of a property worth at least € 250,000.
