Everything can be done by your home and appointing a proxy with your signature is the only time you are required to be in Greece.
The Golden Visa Program is simple and appealing. The only requirements are:
- Investment of at least € 250,000 for buying a property in Greece, the most affordable program in Europe
- Medical and Hospital insurance
- Four printed digital passport photos
That’s it! You and your family (spouse, unmarried children up to the age of 21, first degree ascendants of the spouses) can have a residence permit delivered at your home worldwide.
The residence permit is valid for five years and it is renewable indefinitely as soon as you keep having the ownership of a property worth at least € 250,000. After 7 years of residency, you may become citizenship eligible, as well.
