Dubai is officially one of the top global cities for relocation

Back to News

Between its strong economy, lucrative job opportunities and diverse attractions, it’s no surprise that Dubai has officially earned its place among the top cities in the world for relocation.

According to a new study, Dubai is the third-best global destination in which to reside permanently or temporarily.

To compile the rankings, analysts considered the following nine factors:

  • Unemployment rate
  • Monthly salary after tax
  • Mortgage interest rate
  • Monthly living costs
  • Crime rates
  • Healthcare quality
  • Number of attractions
  • Social media posts
  • Flood risks

Dubai has experienced rapid economic growth in the past few years which, when coupled with low mortgage rates and higher monthly salaries, means residents can enjoy a high quality of life for a lower cost. Add to this low crime rates, a renowned healthcare system and more than 3,500 attractions, and it isn’t hard to see why the emirate is a top choice for entrepreneurs and business owners.

If you are considering making the move, Charterhouse Lombard can help make the process even easier.
