UK-Ukraine Digital Trade Agreement enters into force

The UK-Ukraine Digital Trade Agreement ( DTA) enters into force on 1 September 2024 following the UK and Ukraine’s completion of their respective domestic ratification processes.

The agreement modernises the UK-Ukraine Free Trade Agreement in relation to digital trade, deepening our economic ties with Ukraine.

Businesses in the UK and Ukraine do not need to take any action to benefit from the agreement.
