RUSSIA CONSULTING is celebrated its 10 years anniversary in April 2013. Back in April 2003 its founder and Managing Partner, Ulf Schneider, former CFO at the Allianz Insurance company in Russia,started off with only two employees. “Back then I thought, if things go really well, I might be running a team of 20 colleagues”, he remembers. Today the company supports clients all over the world with more than 350 employees from its offices in Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Ukraine and Poland.
RUSSIA CONSULTING has developed from an accounting outsourcing firm to an integrated provider of back-office solutions. Its service range nowadays spreads from company registration over tax consulting, expert recruiting (with a focus on accounting, finance and IT staff) to the integration and implementation of IT-ERP systems and other packaged office support.
The company also offers import handling alongside with DDP services including the handling of logistics, warehousing, the conformity of documents, certificates, contracts, payments and electronic customs declarations.
By now the company does not only support Western companies in CIS countries, but also Russian investors with their desire to go west.
