Starting used motorcycles and exporting them to HKDear expert, This is my first time to start a business by exporting used motorcycles from UK to HK, I would like to know whether I need to set up a company in UK to operate this business and if so whether I can setup a BVI company from HK or UK? What are the formalities, legal and tax issues. Please advise. Marg.
