Hello, We have a well established Glamping Company in the UK and have bought a house in Portugal via a business loan in the UK> Please explain to me the implications of the following:
Are we liable to pay tax in Portugal on our UK business if we own a property in Portugal that we want to turn into a business? We are not planning on moving there at the moment.
Our plan is to rent out glamping tents in the field next to the Portuguese house along with renting rooms out in the house. Do we need permission to rent out tents/rooms in Portugal and what are the tax implications in the UK and Portugal?
