Start business in Mexico..We are a USA based staffing and recruitment company and have a client who wants us to recruit and place IT contractors in Mexico. We will need to run the payroll for these contractors who will be ur employees and will work on our client site. We will not have any physical office in Mexico.
We are a USA based staffing and recruitment company and have a client who wants us to recruit and place IT contractors in Mexico. We will need to run the payroll for these contractors who will be ur employees and will work on our client site. We will not have any physical office in Mexico.
Can someone help us setup the required legal entity and also setup bank account and payroll so that we can process payroll for our employees/contractors?
Can we hire candidates as contractors in Mexico which will be equivalent of 1099 or independent contractors in USA?
