Australian Starting Business in UK

I am an Australian currently in the process of starting a design agency as a Sole Trader in London but am currently living in Spain with the aim to move to London in October.
I have an Australian Business Number (ABN)
I have my UK working visa (Youth Mobility - Tier 5)
I have clients in France, Spain and the UK.

Could I get some advice on whether I should;
- Trade under my ABN and claim as foreign currency income to the Australian Tax Office
or
- Register the business in the UK and apply for an Entrepreneurs Visa

Any advice would be amazing!
Thanks so much
JS
