We are interested in your Poland company formation services. Could you please let us know the fees that you could suggest for the services below: 1. Company incorporation, annual maintenance; 2. Nominee services; 3. Preparatation of annual F/S (both audited and non-audited). Do we understand it right that the F/S are not required to be audited? 4. Is substance required and how much would you charge for providing those? Could you please also provide us with a full list of documents that you require to incorporate a company? What is the timing for the company incorporation? The director and shareholders register is public in Poland, correct? If you could also suggest some banks to open an account with, we would appreciate to have information on the general requirements, necessary documents, expected timelines and the respective fees.
