Vietnam is 99th in the World Bank’s Ease of Doing Business ranking.
The main challenges of doing business in Vietnam are:
- Inadequate infrastructure
- Corruption
- Lack of skills
- Bureaucracy
- Grey areas of Vietnamese law
- Lack of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) enforcement
