STEPS TO INCORPORATE A COMPANY IN SPAIN. WE TAKE CARE OF ALL. LEAVE IT IN OUR HANDS.

1. Request the name of the company to the Commercial Registry
2. Request a Tax ID number for non-residents (NIE in Spanish) both for the UK company (or the private person) and for its Director.
3. Drafting of the Company’s Bylaws
4. Appearing before a Notary Public for signing of the deed of incorporation
5. Obtaining the Tax ID number of the newco (CIF in Spanish)
6. Registering the deed of incorporation in the Spanish equivalent of Companies House
7. Assisting with the opening of the bank account
8. Presentation of the form for foreign investors in Spain (D1A).

FEES

Our fees as lawyers to incorporate a company in Spain by a UK company, are € 1.500.

Our fees do not include the cost of the Notary Public (aprox. € 250), registering at Companies House (aprox. € 200), nor sworn translations when needed.

Once incorporated, our accountants can take care of all administrative, accounting and tax obligations. We will be pleased to propose fees for each of these services.
