Raveh Ravid & Co. CPA was established in Israel in 1986 by Abir Raveh and Yitzhak Ravid. The firm's Departments -

Accounting Department: provides salary and accounting services to foreign companies operating in Israel and a number of the firms clients.

Auditing Department: manages clients with quarterly audits and annual financial statements.

Internal Auditing Department: provides internal auditing services and acts as Internal Controller for public entities and publicly traded companies. Raveh-Ravid & Co. is experienced in internal auditing for venture capital funds and pension funds. Internal auditing services include supervision of the internal auditing system of the various entities, risk management supervision at the organizational level and assessment of the effectiveness of existing organizational internal control. In addition, the Internal Auditing Department is proficient in the Sarbanes Oxley aspects.

Family Office Department: provides professional integrated long-term wealth management for high-net-worth individuals and families. The Family Office Department offers legal and financial solutions for most of the complex needs of families with substantial wealth, and provides a unique service to families and individuals for financial and investment portfolio supervision in Israel and overseas.

In the framework of this service, the Family Office Department presents on going reports for the family or its representatives, and prepares the necessary reports to the various institutions (income tax authorities, Bank of Israel). Likewise, the firm advises on tax matters and determination of the relevant tax environment for the client. Taxation Department: provides professional tax consultancy services. The service takes into account the clients' specific requirements and utilizes the firm's familiarity with the Israeli tax authorities and with various laws and regulations applying in Israel and overseas. The Taxation Department specializes in the following areas:

Financial Advisory Consulting Department: provides Corporate Business & Financial Consulting Services, including preparation of business plans for clients, valuations, due diligence, economic feasibility studies and examination of tax and financial aspects of mergers and acquisitions.

Governmental Incentives: works closely with governmental bodies in securing incentives and grants for companies and projects. This activity covers investment grants, benefited projects, the Office of the Chief Scientist and additional incentives. Within the framework of this activity, the firm has wide experience of the criteria and bodies engaged in authorizing incentives.
