The UK and Ukraine have signed a Digital Trade Agreement ( DTA).

The agreement expands on the UK-Ukraine Free Trade Agreement by modernising our bilateral trade in the digital era and deepening our economic ties with Ukraine. Ukrainian and British businesses and consumers will benefit from:

  • open digital markets, including guaranteed tariff-free flow of digital content

  • collaboration between the UK and Ukraine on cybersecurity
  • cheaper and easier trade through the adoption of digital trading systems

Businesses in the UK and Ukraine do not need to take any action to benefit from the agreement.
