How To Get Residency Visa In UAE?

There are different ways to get a Residency Visa in UAE.

  • Becoming Company Owner or Employee of a Company in UAE
  • Owning Property in Dubai worth more than 1 Million

At present, UAE grants Residency Visa to all Nationalities except the restricted nationalities. The easiest way to obtain a Residence Visa is to be an investor by registering company in UAE.

Step 1.(2 days) – Contact AURION BUSINESS CONSULTANTS to register 100% expatriate owned freezone company in UAE

Step 2.( 7 + 3 days) – After company registration, AURION will assist in applying for Company Immigration Card and Investor Visa

Step3. ( 2 + 3 days) – Have the Medical test (Xray, blood & Urine test) in UAE and get the Visa stamped on Passport for 3 years

FAMILY VISA– After obtaining Residency Visa, the investor becomes eligible to lease or buy residence property in UAE. He can sponsor family upon leasing residential property (approx. cost to lease annually starts from AED 20,000 ). AURION will assist in the entire process.

EMPLOYMENT VISA– Employees can obtain Employment Visa upon signing Employment Contract with any Company in UAE. AURION provides PRO Services to process Employment Visa.

  • Owning Property in Dubai worth more than 1 Million

Any expatriate except from restricted nationalities by the policy of UAE Government, who owns property more than AED 1 Million , can obtain either 6 month multi entry Visa or 2 year residency visa. These individuals are not permitted to work under these Visas.

PRE-REQUISITES FOR 6 MONTH MULTI ENTRY VISA of property owner

  • Atleast One property in UAE worth more than AED 1 Million
  • The person whose name appears on Title Deed can apply
  • Property must be complete and handed over
  • It should be renewed every 6 month.

PRE-REQUISITES FOR 2 YEAR VISA of property owner

  • At least One property in UAE worth more than AED 1 Million
  • Property must be habitable
  • Property must be owned without mortgage
