Startting a company in Saudi Arabia IT Services Hello. I would like to send up a IT service company in Saudi Arabia. I understand a foreigner cannot set up company in Saudi.But with the help of local partner. what is the minimum percentage equity to be given to saudi inorder to start a company..Is it a minor or major holding. regards John Hello.
