How to create corporate identity?

First, we must distinguish between corporate identity and corporate image:
- Corporate identity is how an enterprise wants to be seen outside.
- Corporate image is how a person sees a company in the outside

Develop corporate identity: corporate identity consists of components (1) core values, (2) attitude, (3) the graphic elements, and (4) Communication:

- Core Values: the core value of a business can include business policy, corporate strategy, organization, products and services, quality policy, business ethics.
+ Quality policy: Offer what you can do in normal conditions and quality assurance in accordance with what you committed.
+ Business Ethics: issues related to the work environment, use of child labor, production safety and sanitation in the production must be committed to implement in writing and publicized.

- Attitude of enterprises: Cultural, traditional business values and management standards generate your business’s behavior. Enterprises need to identify processes, feedback and tracking all working results with customers, whether they are not potential customers.

- The graphic elements are included logo design, cover letter, letter-head, brochures, catalogs, business cards, website, etc. Another issue is all this design tools should not only agree on the content but also be unified in color, layout, font and represents the core values.

- Communication: In the B2B context, the main media including email, website, catalogs, trade fairs and the sales staff. To increase the effectiveness of communication ensures that the various communication tools express a similar message that businesses want to send to customers.
