Christchurch Hello, I am very new to this so please bear with me! My wife, 3 children and I are thinking of moving to NZ. What are the best places to live in Christchurch? Re: Christchurch Hi Brian, I lived in Christchurch for a few years, and found the best places to beI think the best places are around Fendalton, Ilam, Avonhead and Merrivale - especially considering you have a young family. I'd say the places to avoid are Hoon Hay and Aranui. Let me know if you need any more info.
